Good afternoon lovely folk of RoC – welcome to our Focus Friday where we tell you what’s been going on this week…

Firstly, and most importantly, we have a Tales from the Deck with Captain Blood (aka Gary) this evening and it promises to be an extravaganza! Open to all our Patreons at the Apprentice level and higher, we are looking forward to seeing you in the Tavern at 8pm!

If you would like to join us, then you can sign up to our Patreon here!

Rebuilding continues apace, with over half of the first wave now complete, and the next batch of characters contacted for their availability. Stephen and Stick have been doing a wonderful job with the narrative and rules areas of the rebuilds respectively, and we are getting a lot of feedback from the players about how much more they feel able to accomplish with their characters as a result!

It is getting more and more exciting to plan for these characters in the field and, if you haven’t done so yet, we thoroughly recommend sending an email to to get in the queue for your slot.

RoC Games

We have another call out for anyone who would like to play any of our games with us – the intentions forms are below and they promise to be a lot of fun. Get in touch with us at if you have any questions for our Games Officer!

Cthulhu continues apace and we are now into the meat and drink of the campaign proper, with one player already have to make a Sanity Check as he realised that the people in his tent may not have been the well meaning medics he first took them to be.

Rifts is coming up this week, with another chance to drop a very small man down a chimney via a Dragon. If this seems like an odd sentence, you’d be right. Rifts is a very silly game and great fun to play!

Our first chat with the Legends of LARP is taking place this Saturday, so we will be able to announce our provisional dates for that panel next week!

Keep your eyes on Discord for updates on all that and more as we start to prepare for our first selection of Awareness Panels and another interview with Mark Cordory.

Remember if you want to get involved, tell stories, play games, run games or whatever we are continuing to build that community and you can find us here and that goes doubly for anything you need for the LARP or just for company on long locked in days. Equally If you want to join us on Patreon we are here.

You know where we are if you need us.

Much Love

The RoC Core Team x
