Good afternoon lovely folk of RoC – welcome to our Focus Friday where we tell you what’s been going on this week…

It’s been another busy one as the writing teams battle against tiredness and illness to keep on target for our deadlines. We are working on so many things for you right now, and our release dates will be coming up soon, so keep an eye out for those.

Tales from the Deck

We have arranged a new date for your diaries! Tales from the Deck will be back on May 7th at 8pm with three new tales! Come and listen to Gary as he tells us of the theft of the Norse Thunder God’s hammer (Mjolnir) and how the gods recovered it; followed by the curious events of a sad unfortunate and his encounter with the king of Herrings. The evening shall conclude with the first branch of the Welsh epic tale of the Mabinogi, a king’s encounters with the Otherworld that lays the foundations for the enchanted tales follow forth from what he did and how he did it!

The Online Game

The first draft of the episodic release of the online game report is with the players for their view, and we look forward to being able to release that to you all to read and see where the plot is heading for the next quarter, and how this will impact on Season 3 of the online game.

The player reaction to the report so far has been great, and we are looking forward to being able to quote the players directly in the published reports. There are so many questions raised in Seasons 1 and 2 of the online game that we are expecting a huge take up on those plots for the online game, and the material we are currently writing should help to encourage anyone who might sitting on the fence!

Patreon Meeting

Our meeting for Patreons is happening tomorrow, Saturday 24th at 3pm, and we are really excited to share our thoughts on growing the community and our plans for developing the RoC plot throughout the second quarter of the year and beyond.

We will also be going through our plans for restructuring the Discord Server and how we plan to implement the amazing new Stage Channels that Discord Community Servers can have. We will be discussing this and more at the Core Team meeting before we bring it to the Patreons, so it promises to be a very busy Saturday!

We are really looking forward to seeing you there and hearing your excellent ideas. We really do value your time and input into the system.
