It’s the last Sunday of January, and we have had a packed week here at the various RoC HQs. We’ll talk through that in more detail in tomorrow’s Monday Morning Message, but for now, here are some of our highlights!

An Expert In Horse…?

RoC Online ran for its second full week, culminating in an epic horseback battle yesterday afternoon. The players bore down on their enemy, fell off quite a bit, made Horse checks in a very Pendragon kind of way, and had to deal with their truculent mounts who did not want to be involved in any kind of fight!

It was incredibly entertaining all around, and everyone had great fun – even those who were horrifically wounded! Today is the absolute last day you can sign up to Patreon to join the Online Game, and there is only 1 player space remaining!

RoCommunity Endeavours

It’s been another good week in the Discord office, and it has been great to see players old and new popping in for a chat and getting to know the newer guys.

The Formula D League starts today at 1pm, with Holly and Chelsey already revving their metaphorical engines for the game – we hope to see you there! Let us know on Discord if you would like to sign up for the League if you haven’t already – it promises to be a whole heap of silliness… With prizes!

We are also really looking forward to character gen for Stephen and Tom’s games – we’ll keep you posted on the silliness there, too.

RoCore Team & LARP Shenanigans

The rebuilding process has been published on the website, and we will be taking bookings from tomorrow! Email characters@risingofchaos.com to claim your slot.

Yesterday’s Core Team meeting discussed several aspects of the game and how we plan to move things forward in the next few months. We will be discussing this more in the ‘January Round Up’ as part of tomorrow’s Monday Morning Message, so keep an eye out for that!
