Description:
The blessing of Kethlan through the teachings of the Emerald Willow is an affirmation of the right of the Melkarr to wield the power of Kethlan and their servants. By invoking the name of a Felakiq or other similar spirit the Melkarr is able to bind a tiny fragment of that power to the blessed individual, allowing them to call upon that spirit’s strength throughout the course of their day.
Effect: The blessed individual gains +1 suit to one check per scene for the remainder of the day.

Description:
The Melkarr must first discover something which the target is afraid of. Once this has been ascertained, they can fashion an item which represents that fear – a web of knotted vines for a spider, a lone fang for a wolf, a ritually charred branch for fire – and bring it into the sight of Mug Ruith. As long as this item is in view of the target, they will be filled with a terrible fear.
Effect:
The individual has that fear placed in them whilst the item is in view. This is a magnitude 3 effect for the purposes of being overcome with supernatural effects.
